I led the design and delivery of a multi-platform suite of SaaS products that connected user's to their fleet. Our digital products had to be intuitive and accessible, delivering the right information quickly, clearly, and without friction.
The Web Portal
The this web portal we set out to deliver maximum value to every user interaction. Users can monitor live operations in real time, review past activity through video replays, access actionable insights with built-in analytics, and launch complex autonomous tasks, all from one intuitive platform. Every feature was designed to turn raw data into real-world decision-making power.

Prioritizing Information
A map based interface allowed users to monitor multiple operations on their farm in real time. Reducing visual clutter by prioritizing and nesting visual data allowed our users to focus on the most important aspects of their operations.

Farm visits and interviews, paired with industry standards, gave us an understanding of the way maintenance teams across different farms preferred to work. This was key to creating experiences that met user’s needs.

The Mobile App
Most of our users preferred to be out in the field for large portions of their work day, so we made sure the mobile app had as much functionality and value as possible.
